Owner Policies
Check In Policies
- Owners are required to produce a valid ID at check-in.
- All Maintenance Fees and/or outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to check-in.
Behavior
The Resort reserves the right to send guests away due to disruptive conduct and behavior or for any other safety or security reasons. This applies to Guests who do not follow instructions given by Resort’s employees, express themselves in a vulgar manner, harass or endanger staff or other guests.
Quiet Time
Quiet time runs from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Service Animals
Owners with Service Animals must notify the front desk, at check-in, of the presence of the service animal. Failure to notify the resort of the presence of a service animal will result in a $250 penalty applied to the owner’s account.
Damage/Destruction of Assets and Valuables
All the assets and valuables of the Resort should be duly maintained and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Resort has the right to levy charges if it is determined, beyond a reasonable doubt, that such damage/destruction to the assets of the Resort were caused by the Guest. This includes damage caused by smoking or bringing pets/comfort/emotional support animals into the unit. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if evidence is found.
Replacing/Re-keying the Unit
In the event of a lost or taken key, a fee of $100 will be applied to the credit card on file to cover the cost of re-keying the unit.
Lost/Stolen Items
- Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask the same of our guests. The Resort takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of thirty (30) days. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Resort accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after checkout are disposed of. Claimed items can be collected from the Resort with valid identification or alternatively the Resort can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense. A handling fee will apply.
