Rental Policies
Deposit Policy
All reservations require a valid credit card with sufficient available funds to cover the first night’s lodging.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival to get a complete refund.
Early Departure Policy
There are no refunds for early departure.
Pet Policy
Sorry, we do not allow Pets or Comfort / Emotional Support Animals. Service Animals that are trained to perform specific tasks are permitted.
If any pets/animals are found to have been in a unit, there is a $250 cleaning fee.
Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in any of the units.
The 4 picnic areas serve as smoking areas and have tables and ashtrays. Smoking is permitted on private decks outside.
If a guest is found to have smoked in a unit, there is a $250 cleaning fee.
