Do we allow Pets or Comfort / Emotional Support Animals?
No. Service Animals that are trained to perform specific tasks are permitted.
Do we have a Lost & Found?
Items left in units or the pool area will be held for 30 days and then donated to Goodwill. If you think you left something behind, please contact the resort and we will be happy to check. To have your item mailed to you, there is a $10 or 20% surcharge (whichever is greater) on top of the cost of mailing the item.
Do we have any smoking units?
NO, the 4 picnic areas serve as smoking areas and have tables and ashtrays. Smoking is permitted on private decks outside.
How far is it to Acadia National Park?
Approximately 16 miles to the main entrance.
How far is it from Bar Harbor?
Approximately 20 miles
Har far is it to Schoodic Point?
It’s about a 1 hour drive from the Resort.
Is Uber or Lyft available in the area?
No, but there are a couple of taxi services available.
Are there many restaurants nearby?
Yes. Ellsworth has dozens of excellent dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Are there grocery stores nearby?
Yes. We are less than 1/4 mile away from Hannaford and Shaws and within 1/2 mile of several specialty stores.
How far is downtown Ellsworth?
Less than 1 mile.
