Our Villa is a single story duplex unit that can be used as a two bedroom, sleep 8, or locked off into two separate one bedroom, sleep 4 accommodations.

When used as a two bedroom, sleep 8, the Villa offers 1300 square feet of living area.  The unit offers two fully equipped kitchens, two bedrooms with one queen bed, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, and dining areas.  The bedroom and living room each have a television.

Each side of the Villa has a wall air conditioning unit.  A washer and dryer are available in the entry hallway of each unit.

Villa units are split into two sides when available for vacation rentals. Each side sleeps 4, has one queen bedroom, a sleeper sofa, one full bath and a kitchen.
